The S12-2 series was developed as an economical emitter and receiver pair for long range detection of
objects such as pallets and forklifts at doorway entrances.
With a range of 20 m and a wide beam pattern in a small, compact housing (12 mm diameter, 30 mm long
barrel), the S12-2 is a cost-effective, reliable solution.
