Ever wonder how to find the correct height for your

self lam labels if you have the wire diameter or wire

circumference? Try this formula:

wire diameter x 3.147 (pi) = circumference

circumference x 1.5 (wrapping label 1.5 times around

wire) = length (B dimension of self lam label)

Cable Markers

When you are looking for cable markers with extreme durability, the Laminat range of carriers and tags is the solution.

There are two types of Laminat cable markers: LaminatTM Carriers (B-7644), LaminatTM Tags (B-7645)

B-7644 Laminat™ Carriers

Laminat™ Carriers come with a strip to laminate text labels. The carrier is fixed with two cable ties directly on the cables or

wires. This dependable marking system enables you to permanently mark cables and wires.

The Laminat™ Carriers can be used for any type of cable identification where permanency of the legend is crucial.

Follow these steps to mount the label onto the LaminatTM carrier:

1) Pull the protective

foil backwards

2) Place the label in the

middle leaving space

for sealing on all four

sides of the label.

3) Seal the carrier by placing

a finger on the foil and pushing

forward, thus rolling over the foil

and rolling off the silicon liner.

4) Always feed the cable ties

from the top, thus bending

down the Laminat™

carrier along the cable.
