How to configure CS8 + CBP2
1. HW Configuration
Just insert CS8 into SIMADYN D rack, that's all; you cannot / need not insert additional CBP2 with
HW Config!
For symbolic referenc to the CS8-related FB either keep in mind the "name" (default setting "D0#00C"
with # as the number of the inserted slot (e.g. D0200C) or choose an own name, e.g. like "PROFIB").
2. Function blocks in CFC chart
Following blocks have to be used:
1. CBCONF
to initialize CBP2; Only PROFIBUS-Slave address has to be set ("3" in the example);
all other inputs could be left 0;
cycle time: very low
2. @CSPAR
to control and monitor the link PMx ↔ CS8
and – optional!- to handle the defined parameters (with @TP_xxxx; not shown in the example)
cycle time: approx. 100ms, max. 200ms
3. CRV, CTV
to define a symbolic name for the net data telegrams ("virtual connection")
