1. General description
The 74AUP1G07 provides the single non-inverting buffer with open-drain output. The
output of the device is an op en drain an d ca n be connected to other ope n-drain output s to
implement active-LOW wired-OR or active-HIGH wired-AND functions.
Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant to slower input rise and fall
times across the entire VCC range fr om 0.8 V to 3.6 V.
This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire
VCC range from 0.8 V to 3.6 V.
This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF.
The IOFF circuitry disables the outpu t, pr eve n tin g the damaging backflow current through
the device when it is powered down.

16.2 Definitions

Product specificatio n The information and data provided in a Product
data sheet shall define the specification of the product as agr eed between
Nexperia and its customer, unless Nexperia and
customer have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. In no event however,
shall an agreement be valid in which the Nexperia product is
deemed to off er functions and qualities beyond those described in the
Product data sheet.

representations or warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or
completeness of such information and shall have no liability for the

damage, costs or problem which is based on any weakness or default in the

third party customer(s). Customer is responsible for doing all necessa ry

products in order to avoid a default of the applications and
the products or of the application or use by cust omer’s third party
customer(s). Nexperia does not accept any liability in this respect.
Limiting values — Stress above one or more limiting values (as defined in
the Absolute Maximum Ratings System of IEC 60134) will cause permanent
damage to the device. Limiting values are stress ratings only and (proper)
operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those given in
the Recommended operating conditions section (if present) or the
Characteristics sections of this document is not warranted. Constant or
repeated exposure to limiting values will permanent ly and irreversibly affect
the quality and reliability of the device.

products are sold subject to the general terms and conditions of commercial
