ELM75xxxxA VOLTAGE DETECTOR GENERAL DESCRIPTION ELM 75xxxxA Series is improved CMOS voltage detector ICs available in very small package SC82AB.Compared to ELM97xxxxA Series, lower current consumption TYP.0.6A (VDD=4.5V) and higher accuracy ( 2.0%) of detection voltage are achieved. It consists of a very low-power-consumption reference voltage source, a hysteresis comparator, an output driver, and detection voltage setting resistors. Output logic is positive, therefore output level is low when VDD is lower than detection voltage. It can be used as reset controller in microcomputer-based systems. In addition, it can be widely applied to the devices, such as battery checkers, switching circuit of back-up power source, power failure detectors, etc. Two output styles are available, N-ch opendrain and CMOS output.
