TVS DIODES
Riverside, California – December 6, 2019 – Bourns is pleased to announce the release of a new TVS Diode Design Kit,
Model CD-LAB11.
This new design kit contains AEC-Q101 compliant Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes for surge and ESD
protection applications to provide design engineers with a variety of overvoltage protection and load dump
protection solutions across a range of rated currents and voltages for quick-turn prototype testing.
The Bourns® TVS Diodes are ideal for overvoltage protection of DC and AC buses in power supplies, DC/DC converters,
inverters, communication lines and I/O interfaces used in telecom, industrial, consumer and portable electronic
applications. These products are RoHS compliant*.
