GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ELM76xxxx series is a CMOS voltage detector IC with a delay function. No external capacitor is necessary
for the delay time circuit. Low voltage detection output is kept active for TYP.250ms.(ELM76xxxA Series )
or TYP. 500ms ( ELM76xxxB Series ) after VDD has risen above the detection voltage. OUT pin is CMOS
output. Two output logic modes are available, RESET and RESET. Output level is high for RESET mode
and low for RESET mode, respectively, when VDD is lower than detection voltage.
ELM76xxxx is fit for power-on reset application in various electronic devices.
