AON5802B 30V Common-Drain Dual N-Channel MOSFET General Description Product Summary The AON5802B uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 2.5V while retaining a 12V VGS(MAX) rating. It is ESD protected. This device is suitable for use as a uni-directional or bi-directional load switch, facilitated by its common-drain configuration. Copper, in a still air environment with T A=25C. The value in any given application depends on the user's specific board design. The current rating is based on the steady state thermal resistance rating. B: Repetitive rating, pulse width limited by junction temperature. C. The R JA is the sum of the thermal impedence from junction to lead R JL and lead to ambient. D. The static characteristics in Figures 1 to 6 are obtained using <300 s pulses, duty cycle 0.5% max. E. These tests are performed with the device mounted on 1 in 2 FR-4 board with 2oz. Copper, in a still air environment with T A=25C. The SOA curve provides a single pulse rating.
