DESCRIPTION
This is a micro ma chined piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor.
It is de signed f or OEM ap p l ic at i o n s wh e re co mp a t ib il it y wi t h
co rro si v e m ed i a m u st b e maint ai n ed . The sen sor c hi p is
mounted on a TO style header, which is resistance welded to a
316 stainless steel package, seal ing a smal l volume of silicone oil
between the diaphragm and the sensor chip. The ISO pressure
housin g utilizes the oil column to couple the piezor es is te ve
sensor to the isolation diaphragm. A thickfilm ceramic
co m pen satio n bo ard with laser trimme d res ist o rs, an d
ad d itional gain set re sistor t o normalize pressu re se n sitivity are
an integral part of the sensor package. A variety of thre aded
process fittings are available. Fittings include standards like 1/4
and 1/8 NPT as well as custom proces s fittings. Electrica l
options include ca ble and connector.

All parameters measured at 1.5mA drive and at 25°C, after 10 second warm up, unless otherwise specified. U nless specifically indicated, only those parameters
indicated as tested are verified on each part. Parameters are specified for the compensation version only.
Notes
1. All 3000 psi and 5000 psi parts are tested at 2500 psi.
2. Best fit straight line.
3. Over temperature range -20°C to +85°C, % span, with respect to
+25°C.
4. Load resistance to reduce measurement errors due to output loading.
