POWER SUPPLY CHARACTERISTICS
Symbol Parameter Test Conditions(1) Typ. (2) Max. Unit
ICCQ Quiescent Power Supply Current VCC = Max., VIN = GND or Vcc, f = 0 0.2 3 µA
∆ICC Power Supply Current per Control Input HIGH VCC = Max., VIN = 3.4V(3), f = 0 — 2.5 mA
ICCD Dynamic Power Supply Current per MHz(4) VCC = Max., A and B pins open,

NOTES:
1. For conditi ons shown as M i n. or Max. , use the appropriat e values s pecified under DC E l ectric al Characteris t i cs.
2. Typical values are at V CC = 5. 0V, TA = 25°C ambi ent.
3. Per TLL driven i nput (VIN = 3.4V, control inputs only ). A and B pins do not cont ri bute to ∆Icc.
4. This current applies to the control inputs only and represent s the current required to s witch internal capacitanc e at the specified frequenc y. The A
and B inputs generate no significant A C or DC currents as they t ransition. This parameter is guarant eed but not producti on tested.
SWITCHING CHARACTERISTICS OVER OPERATING RANGE
TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC = 5.0V ± 10%
CLOAD = 50pF, RLOAD = 500Ω unless otherwise noted.

NOTES:
1. Mini m um s are guaranteed but not producti on t ested.
2. This param et er i s guaranteed but not producti on t ested.
3. The time const ant for the switch al one i s of the order of 0.25ns f or CL = 50pF. The bus swit c h contribut es no propagation delay other than t he RC
delay of t he ON resist ance of the switch and the load capac i tance. S i nce this time constant i s much sm al l er t han the rise and fall times of typical
driving s i gnal s, it adds very li t tle propagation del ay to the system. Propagation delay of the bus switch, when used in a system, is determined by the
driving c i rcuit on t he dri v i ng side of t he switch and i ts int eraction with the load on the dri ven side.
