DESCRIPTION
The

PG2417T6M is a GaAs MMIC for SP6T (Single Pole Six Throw) switch for NFC (Near Field Communication)
application.
This device is housed in a 12-pin plastic TSQFN (Thin Small Quad Flat Non-leaded) (T6M) package and is suitable for
high-density surface mounting.

This product should be soldered and mounted under the following recommended conditions. For soldering methods and
conditions other than those recommended below, contact your nearby sales office.
