Interface modules with PROFINET IO electronic
We recommend that you use a strain relief for the PROFINET connecting cable when using an ET 200S system under
environmental conditions where it is subject to mechanical vibration or shock.
To do this you require a cable tie with a standard width of 2.5 mm or 3.6 mm. Use it to attach the PROFINET connecting
cable from right where it exits the PROFINET connector to the cable bracket provided on the Interface module (on the front
side directly below the PROFINET IO interface).
