
Q: What do the different IDT suffixes mean?
A: “G” = Green. These parts exceed the RoHS requirements
and eliminate halogens
“LF” = Lead Free. These parts are RoHS compliant
“8” = Reel. These are on a reel. If there is no “8” it will be tray
or tube as listed on the IDT website
“I” = Industrial temp rating. No “I” would call out commercial
“M”= Military temp rating
Other suffixes, for example SA, PH, Y, etc. call out package
type i.e. SOIC, DIP, TSSOP, etc.
