IB - IIB - Insulating Bootsnsulating Boots
There is a full range of insulating bootsavailable from Schaffner that provide aphysical cover for the exposedterminals on the back of IEC InletFilters.These boots fit the simplest non-fusedand unswitched style up to the fullyfused and switched IEC filtered inlet.The boots are made from a durableblack PVC material that conforms toUL94-V0 flammability requirements.The boots slip easily over the back ofthe filter and reduce the risk ofelectrical shock to maintenancepersonnel whilst protecting the filterfrom environmental hazard such asthe ingress of dust and moisture.
