Endurance
After the WV has been applied at 105°C for 2000 hours, the capacitors
shall meet following requirements.
(a) Capacitance Change: Within ±25% of the Initial Value for 4ø to 6.3ø
Within ±20% of the Initial Value for 8ø to 10ø
(b) Dissipation Factor: Not Exceeding 200% of Specied Value
(c) Leakage Current: Not Exceeding the Specied Value
Shelf Life
After having been placed at 105°C without voltage applied for 1000 hours,
the capacitors shall meet the same requirements as Endurance.
