MULTI-LINE TVS ARRAY
DESCRIPTION
The MSMFxxC series are mul-line TVS arrays designed to protect wireless telecommunicaons and portable electron-
ic applicaons from the damaging eects of ESD and EFT. The MSMFxxC is available in a 5 line unidireconal or 4 line
bidireconal conguraon and is rated at 100 Was peak pulse power, which is sucient protecon for terary type
lightning threats at key interface locaons.
Packaged in a miniature SOT-563, the MSMFxxC series meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and 61000-4-4 (EFT) immunity
requirements. Each device should be placed near a connector to provide the best protecon against transients.
